At Emeralds Cards & Collectibles, we take pride in securely packaging and shipping every order.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Pre-order and special-order products may require additional processing time before shipment.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once an order has been shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring delivery can be completed at the shipping address provided.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Emeralds Cards & Collectibles is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

Any issues, damages, shortages, or delivery discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

Carrier Delays

Emeralds Cards & Collectibles is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order products may have estimated release dates and shipping timeframes that are subject to change by manufacturers and distributors. Emeralds Cards & Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, or shipping carriers.

All pre-order sales are final.
